ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Once the order has been placed, no refunds will be issued. Since each order is unique to the customer and has no resale value, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If we verify that we were responsible for any publishing error, we will update accordingly. However, under special circumstances deemed by The Business Shop Inc., a new product or service can be the outcome. If there is a defect with your product, you are responsible for notifying The Business Shop Inc. within 3 business days of receiving your order. In order for us to redo your order, you must state 100% of the defective product or services to us within 5 days. All charges related to expedited publishing (Rush Publishing or Editing) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are unpublished for any reason. All products and services that are being rejected must be republished at customer’s own expense.
